Shipping & Returns Shipping & Returns

At Executive Products, we understand how important it is that your packages arrive promptly. Below, you will find answers to common questions about our shipping policies and rates.

A. What are my shipping options and when will my order ship?
    EPI offers 3 methods of shipping with several levels of delivery service: Next Day delivery; 2-day delivery; and 3-5 day UPS Ground.

B. How are my shipping charges calculated?
    In selecting your choice of shipping methods, please keep in mind that the shipping charge is based on the Item Total as indicated on the Review Your Order page during checkout. The Item Total is calculated before taxes.

C. Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
    Yes. You can if you split the order as you buy. For example if you purchase three items you would have to do two transactions if you wanted them to ship to different locations.

D. Can I ship my order using multiple shipping methods?
    Yes. You can if you use the same methods described in the above split orders description.

E. How long does my package take to arrive at its destination?
    Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. EPI will always ship 3 day ground (UPS) to save you $$$, shipping excluding weekends and holidays.

F. Does EPI service international destinations?
    Currently, EPI ships to addresses in the United States, Canada, and US Territories served by UPS. All international shipping will have four choices; flat rates; per/lb rates; overnight, and express services.

G. What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories?
    We offer shipping based on the current rates from Federal Express and UPS to deliver to these territories. Coming soon will be a schedule of these charges based on flat rates and per/lb rates, overnight and express services.

H. What if I want to ship to a P.O. Box?
    Currently we do not ship to PO boxes.

Note: The timing may be altered on holidays. Some of our items are made to order, or are pre-order items, which require additional processing time. Some other items will ship overnight. To determine if these exceptions apply to your shipment, please refer to the item description on the product lists. We always try to accommodate your shipping needs however sometimes inventory may deem otherwise. Your order will ship per your requested method however may not ship the day you ordered it.

Please note: while we will make every effort to get your packages to you by your desired date, EPI cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package. To reduce the possibility of the late arrival of a shipment, shop early!

How do I return a package? OUR GUARANTEE:
EPI unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please complete the Return Form section included with your packing slip. Then repack the product in the original packing materials used to ship to you, and send it to:

How do I exchange an item?
Our return center can process returns/exchanges for items originally shipped the first 30 days. If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item. Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to your account. Please see instructions above for how to return a package.

What if my order is Incomplete?
